Damage to interior walls, drywall and paint caused from the exterior is also the responsibility of the Association.

Co-owners are responsible for everything not on the chart above and for all damages caused by them or their guests regardless of whether said items would normally be the responsibility of the Association. Co-owners are required to carry insurance coverage for personal property and liability.
The above responsibility is for a convenient reference only and the actual Waldon Pond Condominium Association Master Deed and By-Laws (which will be made available to interested parties) will always govern.
